Logging On To FordEcat

Before you can access the FordEcat, you must log on with the user credentials provided to you. Note: Service Department users can log in directly to http://www.ecat.dealerconnection.com. or access it through the Professional Technical System.

To log into FordEcat:

1. Log into FMCDealer or navigate to http://www.ecat.dealerconnection.com.
2. Click the Menu icon.
   
3. Click the PARTS & SERVICE.
   
4. Click PARTS DEPARTMENT TOOLS.
   
5. Click FORDECAT.
   
6. From the FordEcat links, click Access Web Version.
   
7. If needed, change the Language for this session.
8. Click Login.
   
9. The FordEcat home page will display upon login.
